**Abstract:**

Combined military operations, in which fixed-wing air support is combined with ground forces, are recognized as one of the most complex yet critical aspects of planning and executing modern military campaigns. This article examines these operations in detail and, using historical data, strategic analysis, and expert opinions, discusses how to coordinate and integrate these two forces to achieve the greatest impact on the battlefield. Through a case study of successful and failed campaigns, the article seeks to provide strategies for improving the interaction between air and ground forces in the future.

**Introduction:**

In the modern world, military weapons and strategies are evolving rapidly. Combined military operations, which employ conventional and unconventional forces along with cyber and psychological tactics, are an example of this evolution. This article examines how to plan and execute complex ground campaigns in which fixed-wing air support is used to strengthen and increase the power of ground forces.

Combined military operation means the simultaneous and coordinated use of various military capabilities in order to form an effective and powerful military campaign. This approach, which combines the knowledge and experience of the past with the latest military technologies, enables the armed forces to deal with the more complex and diverse challenges they face in today's combat environments.

In this article, we first define and explain the concept of combined military operations. Then, we examine the role of fixed-wing air support in strengthening ground campaigns and analyze how these two forces are coordinated and integrated.
