A case report on the treatment of infertility in a ۳۶-year-old woman with multiple fibroids, endometriosis, and adhesions around the ovaries after ۳ years of trying to get pregnant and unsuccessful IUI and IVF

Fibroids and endometriosis are one of the causes of menstrual disorders and infertility in women These masses appear with the symptoms of very severe pain in the pelvis during menstruation and sexual intercourse, constipation, frequent urination and feeling of pressure in the pelvis, and very severe and excruciating bleeding during menstruation recent data shows that more than ۲۴% of women around the world suffer from this disease. Unfortunately, most of the treatments so far have been surgical or for trying to get pregnant with hormonal drugs and IVF, which are usually not very effective.
