The resiliency of the health supply chain plays a critical role in ensuring the availability of life-saving medical products and services during times of disruption and crisis. This paper aims to investigate the challenges faced by health supply chains and proposes a framework to enhance their resiliency. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study examines existing strategies and best practices for building resilience in health supply chains. The methodology involves analyzing case studies and numerical data to identify key factors and develop recommendations. The results highlight the importance of collaboration, technology integration, and proactive risk management in strengthening the resilience of health supply chains.
