بررسی تکمیلی میزان تاثیر ترکیبات تجاری حشره کشهای میکروبی ‭Beauveria bassiana, Bacillus thuringiensis ‬وحشره کش کالیپسو در کنترل سوسک برگخوارسیب زمینی

‭Due to resistance presence in some of the potato Colorado beetle. Leplino/arsa der:emlinea/a Say.. colonies'in Iral1 to conventional insecticides and increasing damage on potato. it was nedessary that we introduced new pesticides for controlling of the mas! important pest in our potato fietds. For rhiS propose in this research the effect percent of the trade component of Beauveria bassiana (Naturalisj) and Bacillus thuringiensis (Jack Pot BFC@ and Custom BC-3@) and times of spraying (1,2 and 3 time) by them with 5‬ص‭days intervals. in comparison by the Fozalon as a conventional insecticide and a check plot Jas investigated in three province of Iran. during 2002-2003. Sun-Shepard method was used for efTect perclnt calculating. Experimental design ~as split plot with fjve treatments in three spraying level and three repJicalions. In 2ed trail three different doses of the Thiacloprid (Calypso@) 100,150 and 200mtlha wa! comprtsed by phozalon from effect percentage view in reduction larva! density of the potato Col~rado beetlel This trail was done based on RCB design wirh four treatment and three replications in Ardabil and Kl10rlsan provinces during 2003. Finallv ANOY A results showed that has the significantlv deference among treatments in the first trail. And Duncan's multiples rang test were done. Based on the results. after Fozalon, three times spraying of the Jack Pot BFC@ had the most effect on reduction of the larval population density of the potato Colorado beetles in treated plots. In the 2ed trail ANOY A results showed significantly deference among lreatments and the ! 50ml/ha was the most effective treatment in reduction of the larval population of the pdtato Colorado beetle.
