چکیده طرح پژوهشی:

AeoleSlhes Sarlo Sol sky is one of the most destructive borers allacking many trees specimens in Iran and otner Asian countries. Despite its high economic importance, ]jttle information exists on the use of chemical, biological car.trol practices. During 2002 . 2005, en10mopathogens fungi Lecanicilliuni ml/scadu", (strain DAOM J98499), Metarhizium anisopliae(strain DEMI-OOJ), Fusarillm oxysporllm(strain Sarta), Beauveria bas.dana (strain PTCC5197 ) were applied against larvae of A. sarta in laboratory condition. In this regard a completely randomized block design with 3 replications and 7 treatments was used for each fungus separately. The Surveys were conducted to determine efficacy of .56788 various treatments (I xlO , I xlO ,1 xlO , I xlO spore/ml, watcr absorbent compound(2gr.)+ I xlO spore/ml., water absorbent compound(2gr.) without fungus ) and control (solution without spore) against larvae of A. sarta. The larvae were similar and they were individually treated with aqueous concentrations for 0.5 minute and placed in artificially made galleries (diameter of I.S em and length of 10 cm) in the sapwood of poplar trunks (Populus nigra, Colon 56/32). After 15 days, the trunks were chopped and mortality rate of larvae was determined. Furthermore the data were analyzed by probit program and LCSoand LC90 level for each fungus was determined. A]so the effect of two factor( fungus and dose) on larvae of A. sorIa was investigated by Analysis of variance of four experimcnts(four fungi) combined together by factorial CRD and means of two factors and interaction w!:re compared with Duncan multiple range. In all of the experiments (four fungi), The results indicated that all of the treatments significantly different from the control(p
